The room was impeccably clean and silent, with an extremely comfy bed, a personal safe, air conditioner, and an electronic key card; the location was wonderful.

The large, clean, comfortable air conditioned room and bathroom. The undercover car parking facility was welcomed as the weather was so inclement; high winds and rain.
The view from the bedroom window was a surprise - a football stadium under construction and near completion. Any noise from the workers/machinery could hardly be heard in our 5th Floor Comfort room, and therefore was not a problem for us.

The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and a variety of amenities. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the high ceilings and the double beds which provided a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel within a football stadium was a unique feature that added to the overall experience. It was amazing to have our own private balcony overlooking the stadium grounds.
Everything was okay.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and had all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding, and the staff’s customer service throughout our visit was impeccable. Finally, we enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the state-of-the-art fitness center.
Nothing at all.

We parked our car easily in the ground level parking area. the in-house restaurant was delightful with a good variety of dishes. the hotel is within walking distance to a nice city center. Our room was spacious and well-maintained, and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of items and offered a nice start to our morning. the view of the surrounding area was also pleasant.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim for our liking.

- Our room was on the first floor, only 5 meters away from the reception desk. The room being poorly insulated meant it was very noisy. We were woken up very early in the morning by staff replenishing the supply room next door and you could hear people walking up and down the staircase all the time. - Due to the unfortunate events that happened at Pukkelpop the night before, we had to cancel our second night at the hotel. However the hotel staff refused to be the least bit forthcoming and made us pay the entire room rate because that would mean loss of income for them. With us not staying that extra night they did not even have costs for that room, just money in the pocket. All they did was recommend staying and blaming it on hotel management, who we did not get to speak.

Room where very clean. Internet was at a fair price. Room offered tv & facilities for coffee/tea.
Staff in the restaurant were disinterested in the guests unless the guests ordered food. We just had a drink as we had our meal in town. The Bar staff did not know what a wine spritzer was. Wine soda / ice cubes. I had to try and explain but he walked away. I had a large glass of wine with ice cubes and a bottle of perrier mineral water. As it arrived the waiter said. I suppose it is something like this. So I paid for 2 drinks! Hotel feels cold isolated from the town and I would not recommend it. It is for 1 night only as it feels likes sleeping in an office building. The reception desk is hard to locate as well. The whole place feels unfriendly.

Fantastic restaurant experience
During my stay at Stayen, I had the pleasure of dining at their lovely restaurant. The menu had a delightful range of options, and I couldn't resist their coffee and pancake offer for just 4 euros between 14 and 17. The atmosphere was charming, and the food lived up to my expectations. It was a truly superb dining experience.

The hotel itself was furnished to a high standard. The facilities were excellent and the room was of a very good standard. The room had excellent facilities and was very comfortable. There was English TV channels and good Wi-fi access. All in all the room made for a very enjoyable stay, it was quiet and relaxing. The breakfast bar was very good also and the dining area was very clean and inviting.
I enjoyed everything about this particular stay and would definitely stay here again.
